but not posting their art is pretty dumb imo. other people might see something wrong with your art that you didn't notice so getting criticism by other people is a big help sometimes.

My sister got a stone road painting of a deformed fetus giving birth to a smaller fetus. What inspired me was the frame around it. Our friend, a wonderful 3d designer, created the frame to have 8 little fetuses (4 in the corner, 4 in the middle of the framelengths) all stabbed at points of their bodies with little coathangers. They all look either mad or sad. The whole frame is period blood red except for the eyes, randomply placed throughout the frame, all varying in size. The eyes have pink eyewhites and have green irises for the christmas season.

It's fucking gorgeous. I may post pics later.

Also the monsters from The silent hill movie and silent hill 1. From what I hear I'll get gigantic satisfaction out of the 2nd game's monsters as well.
