i just watched it yesterday, and it confirmed a lot of things i already suspected as well as taught me a bunch of new things.

it focuses a lot more on the abuse of workers and farmers than i thought it would, and even on how the public can't even criticize corn refineries and beef production plants, which i didn't even know about. i wasn't even aware that was illegal in some states. there was this one segment on how some slaughterhouse plant tried to sue Oprah for making ONE remark about how she wasn't going to eat beef after an e. coli breakout, which influenced their sales negatively. she won after a huge legal fight tho.

definitely reaffirmed my choice of diet as of late.
