but i dunno about the gameplay, from the trailer it looks like the game is one big movie which can be fun if done right like some adventure games

this game looks amazing though. hopefully there will be an english release...

if it came out for the wii, they would've developed it first for the wii. that way they could just lower the poly count and shrink the textures so the port would fit on the DS. i could be wrong though

With the models/textures/maps, they probably do that, but everything else probably has to be redone/recoded, since the DS version of wii/ps/xbox games are usually a lot different (take marvel ultimate alliance for example). Maybe they are making a game for the wii but it's not far enough developed to make a tease, since i imagine DS games being easier to make.

but i could be wrong as well

anyways, even if it doesn't get an english release, I will probably get it with a translation patch. It looks like one of the few games worth getting.

i doubt they'd have to recode everything, they make cross-console ports for tons of games these days in no time, and i'm sure nintendo uses similar architecture from wii to DS
