my point is is that there are dairy alternatives that pose more health benefits than cow milk
the idea that dairy is something you should be gorging on every day, at least in america, is an artifact from the 1950's when we created crap like the food pyramid and the 2,000 calorie diet. it's nonsense
not that i really give a shit, i eat stuff with dairy in it all the time. i just know this stuff, and i think milk tastes like shit
