Why i hate political activists.

First of all today a political activist  tried to convince me that lacking a morals made you an idiot.  That Hitler and Goebbels were idiots because they were immoral.  If Goebebels was an idiot then were all idiots, he convinced an entire nation of superiority, of hate, if that isnt chops i dont know what is.
He asked me questions he couldnt possible hope to answer himself, such as "what makes someone good" and "what is a good life"

I just cant stand how naive they are.  He also tried to convince me that all societies work for the better, that everything is human progress.

Political activists aren't really bad in my opinion.  Although a select few are so stubborn in their own political ideals they refuse to listen to others' ideas or beliefs.  Some even threaten you if you say anything that disagrees with them, speaking from a few personal encounters myself.  But the vast majority are actually okay.

Sounds like you encountered one heck of a zealot though, tapistry.  XD

he was also good at painting

hitler was an excellent watercolorist and a decent draftsman. he also loved dogs.

in any case, since i've gone to college i haven't had time to think about politics much less do i want to have anything to do with them. i say if you want to live a happy life steer cleer of politics.

That's only if you know, if you don't it's ok, I just don't want to do a search and find Hitler worshipping sites.

I have read that Hitler tried to become an artist but didn't make it into the college or university... It was somewhere in a book called, "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich". An excellent account of hitler, before, during, and after WWII. I recommend it if you are doing research on him.

We often have political zealots running around our campus throwing flyers at us.  I would not mind activists that knew how to have a proper debate.  Its the ones that try to win by yelling, ignoring reasoning, and interupting that make me dislike them as a group.

Usually those are the people that have a problem. If you support a cause, I don't think you help it at all by throwing it in people's faces. if someone is interested, they'll ask you.

I wish more people followed that train of thought.  Unfortunately most people that advertise at colleges feel they need to launch a blitzkrieg assault on us poor students who are already mentally exhausted from classes.
