this and the "I'm a lvl 9 newgrounder" "ok." is what makes the video hilarious.

I mean the conversation is just so incredibly awkward and boring, I love stuff like that. It makes me laugh to see how stupid some people are. If someone isn't good at smalltalk, like that kid, he should prepare at least 2-3 things to say. The only thing he thought of was "hey i want a poster".

that video is the newgrounds booth in a nutshell. a lot of awkward kids coming by and realizing they have nothing interesting to say

Lmao is it really like that? Are most of the kids going to that booth like that?

If I was Tom I would probably stop trying to get a booth there (which probably costs money??) and just go there casually, to avoid all those extremely uncomfortable conversations.

I mean he tries to make a conversation but the kid in that video only answers with yes, yeah or no.

I think it's better to willingly have dumb conversations with awkward people than try to enjoy the con and be constantly interrupted by them - HEY IT'S TOM FULP! ...I AM A LEVEL 9 ON NEWGROUNDS
