i dont get how the art portal works
how does anything get in

theres essentially two portals

one is for 'better' artists (which is bullshit, its just the more popular ones)
the other is like an average portal and isnt shown on the art portal page. click on the 'raw talent' button to see unscouted art or whatever

I think they removed that, cuz I just checked and that option isn't available anymore.

So now anyone who submits their garbage will automatically have it put in the art portal I guess.

I thought the scouting thing was kind of dumb in the first place, but completely removing it was a worse idea.
