You don't really have to, it is common sense that you can't use copyrighted material in a project that you intend to send to various businesses unless you obtain rights or clearance. People will pick up on it and act swiftly on it, maybe not at school - but certainly in the workplace.

Lol Im 16 and I have a basic knowledge of copyright laws plainly from common sense. :p

Using artwork that isnt yours, in America and a shitload of other countries at least (dont know Netherlands terms) is illegal.
