i think there's some nice shading on the face.  I don't like the shadows cast by the headband she's wearing tho. it looks too dark and kind of  unnatural. the eyes are uneven but i like their shape.

Some of the "shading" is actually makeup and looking back on it I should have used a different tone on the make up.  the eyes look tilted because the reference was turned slightly to the right.
