If You Were Homeless

Okay, imagine that none of your dreams came true and you're a homeless bum on the streets. Where do you think would be the most practical place to sleep and/or live.

I'll go first, personally, a multi-level parking garage due to the easy access, the roof coverage, and the privacy from lack of people during large portions of the day and night. Underground would probably be better since above-ground would be prone to weather.

Now you try... Or did the line about your dreams not coming true bum you out too much?

I'd become a wandering artist, just sorta wandering too and fro, seeing the world now that I'm no longer bound by a home, friends or family (I'm assuming that they'd of all told me to screw off considering I'm now homeless).

I'd be a clean hobo though, like I'd make sure to bathe in the local stream/garden hose and my preferred place to stay would be abandoned houses, believe it or not, there are a crap load of fully furnished houses that people just up and left.

I stole some cool stuff from one such house.

That was the answer my friend gave, she said she'd move into a rich person's summer home since they're only there 2 weeks of the year.

It's weird, I got this idea from a dream I had where I was living in an alcove in a parking garage with a gas lamp, a blanket and an igloo cooler. I hope this isn't premonitions of things to come.

I'd probably get my guitar, head off to a nearby city, and try to write and play shit for money but fail because all my songs would be in weird time signatures and probably be death metal of some sort
