green ugly monster

guys i need your help
for a while now ive been thinking about this cartoon i used to watch when i was 6 or so,
it was about a green monster who had a really ugly face and he had a birdhouse over his head to cover it up and you could only see his eyes
he used his face to scare the badguys to death, and when he lifted the birdhouse, you could only see his back
you never saw his face from the front


he had a sidekick who looked like the guy on the left in the pic, who also would be frightened when he saw the face of this monster

oh i forgot
the sidekick didnt exactly look like that, thats just how i remember him, the green monster looks pretty accurate i think

he might have had clothes
a jacket maybe
