Yeah, one of my friends had this happen to him last school year... Somebody threatened our school, with a bomb threat... So my friend took on a fake persona "Ray Pinbur" from Death Note (bleh!) and trolled the school message boards threatening the pseudo-terrorist... Well anyway, the police went to my friend INSTEAD of the actual bomb threat kid, arrested him and confiscated all his stuff. He got expelled for the rest of the year and I got questioned by City Police since I was stupid enough to respond to one of his emails... Yeah, pretty dark times... But he's back in school now, they never even tried to figure out who threatened the school since they thought he did it, though he still claims he didn't... Which I believe him since he's too popular and happy (but stupid) to hate our school enough to do that... So yeah, SCARY STUFF!

that reminds me of the time when all of my friends got expelled because some kid on the irc channel that we all used got a teacher's credit card number because she was stupid enough to save her bank account information on a school computer
