some german kid shot up his school and I'm going to make a game about it, but I need art

so

there are three stages in the game:
a driving game where you hijack a SUV and drive it to the school (top-down)
the actual shooting (sidescroller)
running from the cops (top-down)

so basically I need:

road and grass tiles
SUV and car sprites
school building from the top
---
tim kretschmer sprite
school background (psi)
classes
student and teacher sprites
---
cops
cop cars
black helicopters
bombs
explosions


oh also, anyone have any gameplay ideas? I'm sure the shit that I planned out is boring as fuck. I'm not sure whether to make the school shooting a portal defenders-style thing or what so fff

also I want to get this thing released relatively soon so the art doesn't have to be really good and detailed and whatever

actually yes, portal defenders with guns

first level should be about 4000x4000 but I'll put it together so just make tiles
second level should be about 4000x400 or whatever I said in irc (400, not 4000) but I already told psi that so it's here for reference
third level should be a bit bigger than the first but it will probably use the same tiles so all I need are the cop cars and shit
