Alrite so I got these two really pompous fucks in my Sociology class and I got so sick of them that I just kept my mouth shut so we could hopefully move onto something they WOULDN'T talk about. So I wanted to respond to some BS they were spewing but I thought it would be better to just have it move along

1st thing: The Pompous fucks go "I think that felons should be given the right to vote because they might have done something but been really remorseful and might have an important stance on politics"

My Response: Fuck you you dumb bitch! If they were willing to create some kind of social disruption by breaking the law that was created by the very government that youre proposing they should be given access to vote for, ESPECIALLY if its a felony, why would you want them voting unless youre some kind arachist? I do however think that once released from prison, since it is supposed to reform individuals (which lets face it doesn't always work) that they should be given that privledge again.

The next one I did actual respond to in class and after about 10 minutes of waiting the pompous fuckin prick finally came up with a response to me that wasn't really even based on what I said!

Pompous Prick says: "The fact that Sarah Palin spent 150,000 on some clothes is better than it staying in the confines of the republican party. At least it's helping an economy!

My response in class: "Okay but there are certainly better ways to support our nation and its economy then spending 150,000 dollars on clothing"

After about 10 minutes, the asshole responds: "Well I think it's just a perfect example of how the media doesn't report important things! Like we should be learning about her stances not how much she spent on what."

My second response (Not in class): Fuck you you asshole! It's still importent! I don't wan't to vote for someone who's going to spend the parties money so irresponsibly you piece of shit! Yes its important to know her stances as well but with all the media coverage, theyve already been made clear! So why not report on this irresponsible behavior? Instead of spending all that shit on clothing from 1 store, why not use it to support struggling small businesses? Or hopw bout charity! Thats always a nice option! God dammit shut the fuck up you god dam ass! I know you love the sound of your own voice but JESUS CHRIST shutup!

I get similar dipshits regarding politics. (For the record, these dipshits aren't actually taking Politics and Government as a subject. I however am. Also, Sociology=Diet Politics). I read your post and understand your frustration. But I'm certainly glad there's no-one spewing that bull in the class.

Firstly they start talking about how much better the American Political system if it became more interventionist and welfare State like European Powers, even after I try to explain American society and culture about how that sort of Government is anathema to most Americans, (I fortuneately had a politics teacher who lived in the US for several years so he knows the shit he's talking about), Only to be responded and told not to be stupid because all people really want the same things. Lies.

I agree with you about the Sarah Palin thing. Who the fuck does she think she is using that money on clothes, nonetheless clothes that look like they came from the blue light special aisle at K-Mart.

She also used campaign money to redecorate her house.

Idk she's a crazy bitch. John McCain can pretty much kiss the election goodbye now because of her.

what i find the funniest of that whole sarah palin clothes situation is that she's always trying to sell herself as an average joe sixpack the plumber lady

when really she's spending maybe three times as much as the yearly salary of the people she's trying to get to vote for her in about two months

i just find that so hilarious for some reason

voting rights are right up there with other things i'm glad imprisoned felons have like free food and cable.

i have pompous pricks like that in my film classes. there's this one 38 yr old lady who got into the film school as an undergrad. she always asks 3 times as many questions as everyone else

but i am so fuckin glad i got into the film school, otherwise i'd be a sociology major with a minor in film and it would BLOW

i feel like for the first time in my life, im actually interested in what i'm writing. i'm finally not just bullshitting my way through everything
I have more of a life writing this review at 1145 pm than you guys do making these movies. . .
