spamBOTS should be gone forever now

i added yet ANOTHER security feature to the registration system. now, you have to answer the question 'how many letters are in the word "rtil"?' , which is a custom attribute that is not built into IPB. so, it will confuse spambots and they will either answer incorrectly or not answer at all, botching their auto-registration system. i've had it up since last night and usually when I wake up there are 5 new spam sign-ups, and today i see 0 in my inbox, and instead 2 new legit sign-ups.
