What would be some recommended brands that I should look out for. I really don't want to have to go with a mac because the sofware I find annoying.

Basicly just something strong enough to run Photoshop cs3, flash, & fruty Loops 8.

hey.... we were looking at those today.... we saw this newer model called the HP TouchSmart IQ500. it had a sleek design,the hardrive and everything was built in the moniter. the moniter was a crazy 22" touch screen enabled.... meaning the drawing pad would not be neccesary... it is deffinatly expensive though.
i would suggest taking the time out to check it out for yourselves....

im not sure if you remember this grin..... lol

Gee, you think considering how fast I can talk I can pronounce the "lap"  in laptop. Without complaing, Im used to pronouncing it "labtop", no biggie.
