he's a pretty cool guy and a very good animator (as most of you have probably seen in spookyville2).

I don't really see anything wrong with spookyville, if someone doesn't like it it doesn't make it "suck", it had nice animation and pretty good voice acting.

whether it sucked or not is a matter of opinion

saying "there's nothing wrong with it, thats just your opinion" is the same thing as saying "there's nothing good about it, that's just your opinion"

to one person it could have great animation and to another person it could look like shit.
