Wade is not gay, read his profile! It's sad that you would use sexual orientation as a joke, shows that you have no real sense of humor.

Oh! I love the shading on the first picture, and the attention to the shadows and tones on the face around the mouth and chin!

I like the design of the 2nd picture, although the guy looks a little awkward and stiff to me, and the lack of variation in the line widths along with the detail makes it hard to distinguish certain features, but the design is nifty!

first one is alright. his proportions aren't working for me, he doesn't look angry because his eye is on the wrong perspective plane, and the spit in the mouth isn't working for me. you're using outlines where you shouldn't and you're missing outlines where there should be some. you should draw the basic structure of the face before you make a picture like this because his facial structure is completely off.

second one. as his body goes from head to feet, he gets smaller. his hips are not wide enough, legs are too short and the feet too small.there is no line variation, so the outlines in his clothes stand out too much. outlines of the figure should be thicker than any detail lines inside the figure, so that the figure pops out and not something 'inside' of him.

i'd also ditch the text, and if you're not going to draw a background, leave it blank and don't bother to draw one line behind him.

In the first picture you have shading and  texture down pretty tight. But like rtil stated, the proportions are off. It seems you were going for a semi-real sketch and it sort of loses it feel because of the proportions. The nose is a little too small, the teeth really don't fit into equation (they aren't as detailed as everything else and detract from the overall sketch) and that eye. But everything else is down awesome. A little suggestion, don't worry about shading and such until after your proportions are down otherwise you will run into the same problem before and have to start from scratch. If you did that based off a picture, use your thumbs or pencil to virtually measure things out so you can have an overall equal sketch.

The second one has very good composition and almost resembles a vintage comic book cover, which is cool. But once again, proportions throw off everything. Do you have an anatomy books? (I might just end up scanning the one I have for you guys). You have the seven and a half heads thing almost right, but you lose it when it gets to the torso, everything shrinks down, not in height, but in width. Seems like you didn't want to have the drawing come off the page so you drew it smaller to fit. Don't do that, if it comes of, let it, or redraw it so it doesn't. It just makes everything seem crunched up. Pencil it out before you get to the inking, or just lightly measure things out. Good job though, you have the look and feel pretty good.

Ouch! Jeez so harsh

Anyway, yea I noticed the porportions were a bit off on the first one. Although I had already started shading and I liked how the shading was coming out so I decided not to start all over again.

The second one I actually did shrink down some things simply because I wanted it to fit. Although Ive always had a problem with feet and size. Ive gotten much much better since these drawings.

Tell ya what, Ill upload some pictures Ive drawn very recently if you can get me into an African American fraternity.
