Call of Duty 4's online mode is incredibly addicting. World of Warcraft is pretty addicting too, for me because of it's extremely high level of polish and user-friendliness. Lumines for psp is incredibly addicting too. Even though I've played like hours and hours of it I can still pick it up and play it again and be absorbed for a full play session which can last hours. Um, I found the psx Final Fantasy games incredibly addicting too, the first couple of times. Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne is really addicting unless I die an unfair instant kill death. Digital Devil Saga 2 was so addicting I couldn't put it down until it was done, so I logged about 80 hours in 5 days. Tales of Symphonia too.

Did you only want one choice?

MRat

Addictive fun - any of the Sierra or Lucas Arts adventure games. Especially Monkey Island.

Addictive frustrating - the above.

<+ansel> i lure children into my van with candy and then i read them passages from 'the origin of species'
<%ropesnake> billy con ends with billy raping his cat

i never had monkey island but when i was a kid i had "torin's passage" and holy crap i probably played that game 5 times over. any one else ever play that? man it was fun. it was serria for windows 95. it barely runs on XP machines now lmao

and also thanks for the responses everyone. i was more looking for simple games you could build in flash instead of like next-gen MMO's and shooters/etc, since the research is for a game i could possibly be making. but yeah

mishkamash

This is the most addicting game I have ever played. And I am not only talking about flash games, I am talking about everything, console, computer, anything. It's very addictive.

the sound is also very annoying, it is so painful that it is good

I just wish they either remake it or make a true sequel to it. Not some alternative story like in brave fencer 2. But thats my favorite game of all time.

meteos is great

HALO 3 LOLOLOLOLOLOLOOLOL

Actually, I really love Tetris DS. I played that game from a car ride from Dallas to California.  Dear god I can't play that game again without getting sucked into it. Meteos and Elite Beat Agents is fun to play through.

Sonni

Addicting/Fun - Tetris and Lumines.

Addicting/Frustrating - Many MMORPGs. But if you're talking about a flash game then it's this one:

one of the things that makes it addictive for me, another thing is the quick restart when you press enter.

Wade is not gay, read his profile! It's sad that you would use sexual orientation as a joke, shows that you have no real sense of humor.
