5th site redesign

sooooooo a few days ago i changed the banner and then ended up re-doing my entire site for the 5th time since i first started it.

the internal structure of it is flexible so it will be easier to change, and i think overall it looks a lot better and has a stronger design than the last ones. what do you guys think? http://thebackalleys.com/

Mmm, I like the fence and most of it, though the repeating background is a bit sharp where you can see the contrasting textures.

Ok, I will post this idea here because I want to know what the others think about it;

As some of you may have noticed, the new fashion is 4chan and somethingawful so I thought we should combine these two things and add a lot of longcat and weege smileys. That way this forum would attract by FAR more potential posters.

So what do you guys think?

it looks really nice. does this mean that the forums are going to lose the depressing gray winter theme?
also, personally, i don't like the buttons after you click em kinda boring since the texture just goes away. but not really an issue since its only there for 3 seconds

the texture goes away? never noticed that, i'll fix it.
i dunno if i'm going to change the forums a lot. a little, but not as much as the main site.

there are hundreds more things to change in the forum skin and it's really time consuming. i would like to eventually make an alternate skin for people to choose , though. there is the doremi skin right now haha
