considering your frantic cartoony style i wouldn't worry too much about persepctive, your cartoon stuff is much stronger. although a bit too hard to read some things. you should do some more refined work on something better quality than notepad paper, i'd love to see it.

Personally I like the alien-looking guy at the top. Very detailed and the style it was drawn in looks almost comical to great effect.

Great job on the city drawing too, great use of perspective.
