net neutrality is equal access to all pages on the web.

some bills are being pushed here in Canada right now to kill it. allowing ISPs to cut connection speeds or bandwidth limits to certain websites. the idea is that websites like YouTube can pay ISPs to limit connections to their competitors and charge the user extra for full connection.

theyre probably part of the reason net neutrality is goin down, the government wants more control over out of control e-groups like them.
