Gay marriage? As a Christian, yeah, I'm skeptical of it. But outside of scriptural reasons, nobody's stopping gays from being gay, and I think theological marriage should be left alone. All letting gays get married is going to do is open the door for all the freaks who have animal sex, the ones who want multiple spouses, and the ones who want the bars removed from statutory sex. They're going to plead "love" just like the gays and use the lil' gay revolution as an excuse. "You did it for them, do it for us!"

Adoption>Abortion. If you couldn't keep it in your pants or were too dumb to use a magnum, don't rob the child of its life. Every human life born into this world has the possiblity to do something great like finding the cure for cancer and AIDS. Just put it up for adoption, at least take the minimum responsibility for what you did and birth the kid.

Girls who are raped, though I still disagree with abortion, I realize that it must be incredibly hard. I can't possibly make a concrete decision on that count, because I am highly anti-murder but I also know that a pregnancy must create a lot of stress, so I guess I'd say its up to the woman in that situation.

And nobody said they shouldn't have rights, they're human beings. I just know that when they legalize gay marriage, they're going to do to the church exactly what they did to eHarmony.com. There's supposed to be freedom of religion, right? Then why should gays be able to sue said Christian dating company for following the rules of their faith and focusing on heterosexual couples? If the Constitution allows breaches of rules like that, then you know that the churches who follow the same faith will be bastardized for following their beliefs and allowing only hetero marriage if things change.

They're free to be gay, and there are churches that marry gays currently as well as ones that don't. Normally I'm all for change, but this isn't going to make anything better. Either way, somebody's gonna be pissed, just leave it alone.
