If you're talking about people like Sam Raimi and Peter Jackson (two great examples of ex-horror makers who turned onto epic things) they did those things because they LOVE horror and made the movies they want to make.

You act like people aren't multifaceted. People are not simply who they are and thats that. People are complex and they act differently in different situations. Personalities don't exist within set parameters based off what you want to see in people, and the only way you could ever understand someone, like Rtil for example, is to spend your entire life with him and see who he is in every situation. Otherwise everything you say is groundless speculation based on observations you choose to make. That's basically psychology stuff for you right there.

Now you clearly don't know anything about us, and you want to dis us anyway, so you come here with your misconceptions based on tiny nuggets you see of a much bigger picture.

For example, I love NewGrounds. It's my home as far as I'm concerned, and I do plenty to try and help it, but just because you've never seen this, you assume I don't, it's the same with everyone else.

Take a step back, shut up, turn off your brain entirely and just observe. Hopefully the emptyness caused by your turned off brain will let in new info. Right now you're being blinded by your desire to make us change.

This isn't to say we aren't make mistakes either, but don't act like you suddenly know all there is to know. You're as in the dark as anyone else.

I don't think I'm full of honor, I am.. Ive walked away from jobs , lost extra work at MTV because ima (straightshooter) , declined a job because I didn't like the pro-black vibe the company was promoting and told the interview so, and Ive even told Tom I quit if this place ever got corporate. I will never be rich with my attitude and Im fine with that.
I have not now, or ever degraded your animations, and I don't talk shit about you to anyone else but you,
probably the reason I do so is because I expected more from you as a person, but whatever you are an amazing artist,
and that's all that matters,

my point with this is that they do what they are good at , at first, they may love it, but its pretty safe to say the horror scene is the easiest point to get into filmmaker, I know a few filmmakers and they all agree, granted raimi and jackson might have done it out of love, but thats just a bonus

how about you take two steps back, shut the fuck up for a change, and realize Im doing the exact same thing you are doing trying to clear a misconception NG and its submitters. as for trying to make you change. I could give a rats ass.
theres more than enough people that care about NG to worry about the misguided few that don\\\'t. but hey if you gonna talk shit at least be right about it.

but for the record, I think its safe to say that 40% of the threads here are about NG in nature in one from or another, and its even safer to say that most if not all are negative in nature.
you think I didn\\\'t read around first? I looked
I looked up peoples user names on NG to see what they have contributed. and its safe to say that percentage is incredibly small.
also I just showing how easy it is to be insensitive to peoples situations, being assholes about the MGS collab is just a small example..

I actually like newgrounds even if they have deleted countless hours of my "work" on multiple occasions now. It's a website that sure beats the hell out of myspace and whatever other shit e-communities are out there.
