I painted, in water colours of purple and yellow only, a naked man sitting on a massive pizza, and he hung it up in his boss' office.

Couldn't put my thumb in it before but your style is very reminiscent of Peter Kuper! Check out his comic/graphic novel, The System!

I looked up the cover and I think I've seen that at some store, I looked inside of it for a bit.
It looked very good but I cant say that it looks like my style tbh.

the hat on the green guy in the bottom seems off center and the bottom left dino's shine seems too solid

its actually kind of shit
I worked several days on it but blegh
I just cant add neat detail
maybe it's this paint, or maybe I should get better at painting

at one point I actually felt like breaking the canvas in two

It's pretty good. I've actually done that before though. Just snapped the canvas in half.

if you're using acryllics then yeah switchin paint may be a good idea

if not then try askin around for pointers at the art storeor whereever art pricks hang out in town
