Well where Im from, everyone I know who is some sort of spanish can talk incredibly fast. Especally the ones who can talk spanish. My one friend is Colombian and talks a shitload faster than me... I know Cocasin (idk if I spelled that right) people can speak fast but around here I never seen it...

caucasian. it has to do with where you grow up. when i was in spain, people in the coastal areas talked pretty slow, but in madrid they spoke so fast i could not understand 1 thing they were saying. madrid was a very big, busy city, so people were always in a rush, it's probably why they talked fast. people that live in smaller towns tend to take things slower. it's not genetics, it's upbringing

Okay. That would make sence, since im from the projects of manhatan, lot of fast talkers lol.
I been to Spain once but I was a baby lol.
