I don't think everyone's good at drawing anime. I think lots and lots of people attempt at it, but it doesn't turn out very well.
At least it's recognizable if a person's attempting that style. If someone tried to draw in their own style, many would call it crap because they couldn't recognize the style...especially if that person was new to drawing/animating...

ill get any degrees i need in the army to join the police

also im getting my tracked driving licence soon. ill legally be allowed to drive a tank

like to see one of you educated types get a degree in that, eh
