1. itunes SUCKS

2. no ogg support

3. no shuffle feature

4. because the unit is pretty much made purely out of metal , they perform poorly in cold temperatures so if you leave them in your car overnight it thinks the battery is dead and you have to warm it up

5. no seamless playback
