image upload now works

previously it said there was a permission issue uploading. now you can upload your artwork in any post. sorry about not fixing that earlier. don't bother using imageshack/photobucket anymore.

i like to use image shack anyway, because some forums don't allow it any other way.

yeah I meant image upload just for this forum. The other ones don't allow it, otherwise I'd have too many attachments on my hand.
