I hate Wonchop, but I don't hate is animation or art.

I'm the opposite.


I've never talked to the guy personally, but he doesnt seem to be a complete dick, other than that he votes for himself whenever the newgrounds monthly voting comes along. Not too humble. Greedy perhaps. Most likely.


But I have yet to manage to get past a minute of anything he's made.
Its like every bad thing on deviantart all rolled into one.


I really hate 'wapanese' people. People who want SO BADLY to be japanese. I mean shit, the first thing you hear on his sheezy art page is the music from naruto or some shit.

Why do all the waps like the crappy anime? I don't get it. Do any of these chubby kimono-wearing yanks watch anything creative or interesting like Cat Soup or Paranoia Agent or Dead Leaves or Mindgame or any of the good stuff?

Its all about inuyasha and bleach and naruto and all these other shows featuring loud annoying main characters all with the same personalities hollering and flying around at like 11-frames-per-second.

It mystifies me.

I liked Wonchop's hot dog eating contest flash mostly because it didn't have the Japanese influence and the "it's funny because it's random and I said so!" humor that most of his cartoons have. I also kinda liked his Akira the Don flash even though that had it's annoying parts but what are ya gonna do.

Personally I have nothing against the guy.

Tom stopped putting what he likes on the front page ages ago. The front page is a just a place where he puts things he thinks everyone else will like now. I remember when my Madness day thing got up there I was like, "ugh, well now i KNOW i failed," and so I pm'd him and he said "nah it was Jeff's idea to put it there, he linked me it, said it was probably the one time someone didn't just try and appease everyone."

so i was happy that it was there, then the score dropped like .20 becauswe it wasn't exactly like every single other madness cartoon ever and didnt reference 300 and all sorts of other gay things, and i was sad.


Moral, the front page is dumb, just ignore it. Unless your on it, then rub it in our faces with glorious hipocrasy (spelt that wrong I did.)
