The time when I really hate rap music is when people driving have it turned up all the way, their windows rolled down, and you can even feel the vibrations of the bass. Pisses me off.

But since I don't even change the radio stations from my regular stuff, I don't even watch Mtv, and my friends don't like rap either, I don't hear much of it except for the regular media blurb. So it doesn't bother me so much.

It's a different style of music. Though, often I find the content objectionable, but that's just me. I personally don't like it, but I don't like many things.

I don't like most rap I am into more of the underground stuff, however I am very partial to hiphop like ,"Jedi Mind Tricks" (yes, it is an actual band).

I think rap music is/was popular because of the explicit content it contains. In the UK, I hadn't really heard much rap until Eminem and 50 Cent went global. I liked Eminem's early stuff as I was about 9 or 10 and thought swearing was cool  

I do like hip hop but dislike the new stuff coming out. I like the old school 'real' hip hop, but thats not to say I act like a wannabe gangsta like many people do.

I personally think rap music has lost some of its meaning over time.  The old school guys did it very well, but most of the rap songs nowadays are pretty much tasteless rants about getting in a Maybach and banging twelve supermodels.  I don't like most of them, save for a few select songs.

So I personally dislike it, but at the same time I don't mind it either.  I just switch the station to something I actually like.  XD

for me, rap is shit, but i respect all other that like it, but they suck too  it cuz, in there music, they juste talk about, gurl, sex, gurl, sex, money, car, rich boy, sex  AND you know, they suck

I just listen Hardcore, emocore, screamo, indie and things like that because it their music, they have a word about the love, world, crap of the life and all the things that can help me to think  And draw ^^ so it is my opinion about the rap nugga fucka

I don't like many rap songs, mostly because I only like complainy songs and a lot of rap is all about how awesome you are compared to everyone else (or so it seems to me).

However, I do like sad R+B stuff a lot .
