I like his style of work as well, especially what he did with the buildings and the sky. Like rtil said, the dust gives it good depth, but I also like the fading and/or blurring of the more distant buildings, and also, the blurring of the birds behind the smoke. Very well done...

Like the self portrait too...

i like my flash work better as well

i've been doing a lot of traditional lately because i feel that i need to improve at IT, and partly because im a bit sick of using flash all the time.
