Favorite fictional villain?

Mine is the Toiletnator from Kids Next Door. In one episode during the credits he got beaten by the KND in their treehouse and the flushed in the toilet and came out of a sewer. LOL XD

During that he was like OWW OOH AUH OOH AAHH.

The Toiletnator was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker, who also played Numbuh 4, who are both interestingly enough enemies of each other. So he has that nerdy kinda voice and it was so funny to hear him get beat up lol.
