As for "why are you judging styles?" I really don't understand that question at all. What else are you going to judge. Everything about your art somewhat rests on your style and always will. If I don't find your work aestetically pleasring in some way it's because your style didn't jive with me.

Your anatomy, proportions, colouring, hair, eyes, nose, clothing, poses. All those things combine to make your style. If I don't like what you do with those things then I'm not really liking your style. Art is all about your style in alot of ways.

I said that because all people has different styles and I don't judge their styles but their skill to draw. My style has always been the same, I've just improved I'd say. Depends on how you see it I guess. Cause, if I see someone that draws plain anime I don't say the person suck cause of it, it needs skill to draw anything so I'm going for effort and criticize on stuff to better it.
But, I do not say people can't have opinions on other peoples styles. I just don't think people would start changing their styles since it's something you grow into. I dunno, that's just how I see it.

That's true, as everyone has their own way of development, adaptation and ability in their style.  There's never really an abrupt change in style unless of course you completely trash what you worked on and started with a whole new look and so forth.  However, that can simply be seen as a "change" in the style, as previous work has unconsciously allowed the user to create this "new" style.  

But yes, you're right about that.  It's all about growth and development.
