Actually, I just haven't seen anything Cartoon Network has made outside of Adventure Time, something I enjoyed at first but got burnt out on over time. I like the backgrounds in Steven Universe a lot, but not enough to actually watch it.

Johnny Test is okay, it's kind of a throwback to the older cartoons but yeah the designs are really cheap and it looks like it was put together As quick as possible to make money. Also stories are predictable but some of the characters are kinda likable and the Dark Vegan character is funny. Johnny himself is arrogant but still an alright character who can make me laugh. Also some of the older episodes of Jonny Test were decent animation wise and humor wise.

I think if I were 11 again I'd love the 'test.
