In an alternate version of the present, Tokyo has been decimated by a shocking terrorist attack, and the only hint to the identity of the culprit is a bizarre video uploaded to the internet. The police, baffled by this cryptic clue, are powerless to stop the paranoia spreading across the population.

While the world searches for a criminal mastermind to blame for this tragedy, two mysterious children--children who shouldn't even exist--masterfully carry out their heinous plan. Cursed to walk through this world with the names Nine and Twelve, the two combine to form "Sphinx," a clandestine entity determine to wake the people from their slumber--and pull the trigger on this world.

I really like that Watanabe basically never does the same kind of show twice. He's always doing something different from his previous work and yet they're always pretty solid. Sakamichi no Apollon was very enjoyable and I've no doubt we've got something really good coming up with Terror in Resonance.

it sounds so different from everything else, as would be expected. i really like what i hear so far. kind of getting a Lily Chou Chou vibe from the style of the music.

Every show Yoko Kanno has composed for has such a unique sound. Her range is pretty incredible.

Looks like we're back to the Watanabe Standard of Two Guys, a Girl and Adventure

i really enjoyed that first episode. really stands out from the crowd this season. i hope it ends up being longer than 11 episodes. i can't wait to see more already, especially for when they introduce that girl with the white hair. especially because [spoiler] nine and twelve think she is dead[/spoiler]

i have begun watching this. and i like it alot so far.. all except for twelve's creepy as fuck smile.

the engrish in ep 6 really surprised me, i'd figure someone like watanabe who knows he's popular with western audiences would pay more care to the voice acting, but it ended up being almost laughably bad. still, a good episode and i'm interested in the "game" that Five is playing.

it is, but it is preventable. as much as i hate SAO, in the 2nd season they have had good english VO when they chose to use it
