Hey, I'm back to talk about yet another game project I'm working on.  I programmed this thing, so I would appreciate some feedback on the code side of things, especially player controls.  Thanks!

Controls:
Arrow Keys: Move
Jump: Space
Attack: A
Climb/Hang: Hold A

(There's a few animation glitches, like the player's head vanishes when you climb up/down a wall)

(Remember to click on the screen once it finishes loading then move your mouse off of the screen for controls to work).

i think it's heading in a good direction, but everything is moving so fast. i think it needs to be slowed down a lot. right now it feels very twitchy because of how quick he moves.

I uploaded the 60fps test version by mistake.  I just uploaded the correct 30 fps version, let me know if the pace is better for you.

ah yeah that's much better. controls feel fine to me. i got stuck on this part where it kept throwing me off this hanging part to my death but i assume that's just a level design glitch.

i'm guessing there's nothing to attack yet, but it might be cool to have attack ability while mid-air as well

Flash

I like it so far. The movement still needs to be fine-tuned when it comes to ground momentum / air momentum, but that's how these things go.

The collision detection's making my character teleport to the top of a platform when he touches the side of it in a certain way. I see this in a ton of flash games, and in the one game I ever programmed I didn't really know how to fix it, lol.

also i think if you're wall climbing and you reach a platform he should walk up onto it instead of fall
