Here's one for the Japansies. It has talking and breathing and stuff though, not my favorite.

first off, very creepy breathing.
secondly, it sounds like she's stuffing sponge into my ears.

since i don't know what she's saying, to me it sounded like a crazy lady shoving sponge into my ears and towards the middle, she found a treasure in my left ear and was surprised. Am I close?

Close. She was actually saying "Yoshi, I'm going to suck out your guts [deep sigh] through your ear now." After she finishes cutting off your outer ear, the spongy sound you hear is actually your brain being slurped out, it just sounds weird because your cochlea was already gone at that point. She switches to your left ear about halfway through and the "treasure" she found was actually your left eyeball. Then you go unconscious.

Pretty relaxing right?
