Quick update on things that have happened to me within the past 2 years since I stopped posting on the forum:

A little over 2 years ago I started working at an indie game studio called Hitpoint. In July of 2011, Microsoft approached Hitpoint to make a hidden object game series. I am unable to legally talk about what happened to the project due to NDA, but I guess I can say that last March I was laid off from Hitpoint (no fault of Hitpoint, I think it was just bad sales despite having one of the top rated apps in the store)

One of my friends works for Turbine. As it turns out, a position had opened up on their effects team for this game:
