So I recently started to re-watch Breaking Bad and there was something odd with one of the scenes.

2 people were playing Sonic Adventures, but they did it in some sort of race against the other setting. It was the very first beach level.

That reminded me of one of the Charlie's Angels movies, where some kids were playing Final Fantasy 8 in co-op, which also doesn't exist.

Have you been able to spot some weird, non-existent video game related scenes in movies?

lasse

Dexter playing halo 3

on a PC

with no mouse

BluPhoenix

that one scene from the wizard where the kid goes up to a double dragon coin-op(but very clearly shows the nes version) and scores 50000 points in the span of twenty seconds but never gets past the initial screen with the chick getting kidnapped

that one scene in grosse point blank where some kid is playing a doom 2...coin-op

honorable mention: that one scene in anita sarkeesian's kickstarter video that tries to show off all of her games and consoles and her playing all of them, but never shows the screen because she's trying to pander to console gamers without ruffling any feathers of hardcore fanboys without actually doing any work

In one of the die hard movies there's some guy playing gears of war. everything about it seems fine. then somebody blows up his computer with hacking.

that should count for something

RichChap

the alllllways add old bleepy videogame lazer sounds to all games even though 99% of games these days dont have them.
