but here's a lil playlist of the stuff i've been suuuper into lately:

playlist    most of it is generally more laidback, but jonah baseball has been one of my favorite producers for a while. really great knowledge of music theory and super interesting percussion and stuff on top of his amazing chords.

lindsay lowend is super talented as well and some of the stuff he puts out is just incredible, although a lot of it is just trying to be super weird / out there.

yeah the tennis sampling is on point. i just love the way the track progresses throughout. the ref samples/tennis grunts are awesome too. i also really like the brass at the end.

I know it may seem silly, me freaking out about a band that formed 21 years before I was born, but I first found them at a very dark time in my life, after I had lost 1 grandmother, the closest thing to a grandpa I'd ever had, and my dog within a 2 year span, and my nanny was diagnosed with cancer around the same time, so I needed something to turn to. My family turned to religion, but I was already doubting my faith by this point. I found them on Youtube one day, and it was exactly what I needed.

Anyway, nuff 'o' dat bullshit, it's time for me to rape the replay button s'more.
