We don't celebrate it here, well most of us don't. The big international companies try to push it but the public rejects it.

in my building , people drive their kids to a nearby suburban neighborhood so nobody ever knocks on our door. it's kind of sad, but at the same time i more like the idea of halloween than actually participating in it. i haven't been to a halloween party , worn a costume or gone trick or treating in a long time.

but back where my parents live the residents take halloween (and every holiday) REALLY seriously. some houses have huge mazes and haunted houses for the kids to go through, hot chocolate and prizes yadda yadda. it's pretty cool to see.

i don't really do Halloween but i have worked at a few haunted houses and I'm helping organize one this year. haunted houses are fun because i can do whatever i want with them. I'm trying to set it up so the guest is followed around by a person who always stays just out of sight. If it's anything like any of the last ones I've worked at we should have at least one person pass out.

My family don't really ever wanna celebrate, but I don't mind dressing up and passing out goodies. It's a holiday that I don't actually feel any animosity towards like most.

I -might- be back home for halloween so I'm not sure what I may do, probably just party with friends but I doubt I'll dress up

"I'm a sailor! :D" said this dad that came to my door with his family once.

I hope we meet again.

i love halloween! its always the best excuse to dress up real scary and eat lots of candy :> although this i wont be to scary...im dressing up as the Riddler complete with question mark jacket, green bowler, and ? cane that glows in the dark

My opinion on Halloween is kind of weird. Even though I haven't formally done anything for it in probably 6+ years, I've always found the objects and general color palette associated with it to be very appealing. I guess I just like the "spooky" atmosphere. Unfortunately it's so damn commercialized these days it's a joke.

I'd probably consider it to be my favorite holiday event of the year, but I also have more problems with it than most holidays

Regarding halloween parties and stuff, my school has one every year which is pretty cool. I'll probably go there and dress up as something silly.
