I suffered a lot with this one for some reason. Don't want to sound modest, but it doesn't look like i surpassed Skitzo's painting

the weakest part about this painting is the perspective which is way off. there are multiple perspective planes resulting in a bunch of different vanishing points, so everything is disjointed.

i also think the focal point of the piece is lost because the painting is so busy. i know that it should be the soldiers, but all the stuff happening outside in the windows i think is distracting and irrelevant to the painting.

what i would recommend in the future for a painting like this is to sketch out some thumbnails first to figure out the best way to frame your piece and your characters. you don't want your frame to be a mess, the viewer's eye should lead right to where you want them to look. you can achieve this with proper framing, perspective, color, lighting and contrast. this painting is so even and flat that i think while on a technical level in some places it is detailed, in general there is just too much going on. don't stress the details where they aren't needed.

Needs a little more recoil, considering the size of weapon compared to her arms. But if this is a magical smg, then I'm not sure, but I feels it needs a wee bit more recoiled and shock effect on her arms.
