Quotealso what's to stop people from making levels with nigh-impossible jumps to gain 'rewards'?
i guess you didn't bother to read the FAQ. it's one of the first questions answered. levels will be gauged by difficulty - so if a level is near impossible, the player will know before entering it, and the rewards will be higher. if it's literally impossible, it won't make the cut.

That could have easily been explained in the video, and it's the first think that pops into my and probably everyone else's mind, and it's more important to the average kickstarter user than the animation process. I get an overall feeling the game hasn't been planned out or designed well.

lmao all of the answers to your questions are right on the page. i'm sorry that this makes you so mad.

didn't macmillen also do something similar with in "time fcuk"? i remember there being random user made levels which annoyed a lot of players since there was no way to refer to a walkthrough if stuck. maybe this idea has pitfalls! watch out!

if you don't like the game then don't support it. no one is forcing you to make an investment in something you have no interest in. if you have a problem with billy or the game itself then leave it out of this topic. this isn't a scam or a ripoff, there are other kickstarters that promise the best game ever made and all kinds of ridiculous crap, this isn't anything like that - i don't see why an indie developer wouldn't be capable of producing what is being presented in the kickstarter. not like any of you have experience in game development. i do, and i like the game idea and i'd like to animate it so i am supporting it. i have confidence billy knows what he's doing. and if you're going to be critical, be constructive instead of looking like a conceited ass. it looks especially bad when you have no idea what you're talking about.

yes the video could have been more clear but i'm sure you are all perfectly capable of reading the information below the video which answers all of your repetitive questions.

Blordow

Looks and sounds interesting. I've always thought it would be sweet to see your art style in a game rtil. Hope you guys can pull it off, good luck!

I gotta take a good long look at this page to make my decision. I'm leaning in support.

Sheepy

I like the main guy's horn. c:

If I weren't broke though, I'd totally give some support moneys. It looks super cool!
