[Philip K Dick]

One time in a setting something happened.
"Something interesting," said one character.
"That's very interesting" said the other.
"I know. I only say interesting things," the character replied. "Speaking of interesting things, did you hear about that one thing that happened?"
"No."
"Want to go do something that might involve something else with me?"
"OK."

So the two characters embarked on their journey. Along the way, many different things happened. They visited possibly up to 4 settings. At one of those settings, they encountered something bad.
"I don't like bad things," said one character. "Bad things aren't good."
"omg." said the other character. That's really what he said. Like, he actually spelled out the letters.
"We should not be around or be doing things that are bad, such as this thing that we've encountered which is bad," said the character who had first spoken in this paragraph.
"I agree with you," said the other character.

They left that setting and then something else happened. It was probably important. Then they went to the last place that they were going to. And that's it.
