not really. their opinion has almost nothing to do with the topic, and it's also a strawman. unless i'm missing something. sure, there are people who possibly think that way, but travelling to other countries doesn't imply you look down on the people who live there.

I always thought anti-tourism was more about being against stereotypical five-star-resort-next-to-the-slum trips / agencies.
