Some trolls are rather elaborate. This might have been a fan trying to pull off a joke in order to underline his extreme devotion or a hater trying to make fun of bronies (might be a bit too elaborate for that, true). Even if it was a bored brony who did this in the process of creating an actual resume, I'm pretty sure he will shit himself in the final moment and use the alternative version.
Fandom in general is about being the most extreme. Even most of these 2d dating snapshots are mainly setups. I'm sure that there are a lot of idiots out there but idiots don't get academic awards and people who get academic awards would not create this thing for an actual application. It basically contradicts itself, meaning that either the person described is merely an ideal but fake version of the person who made this or he actually is crazy enough to spend the effort for nothing but an elaborate prank. Autism and genius rarely go hand in hand, especially not on this level.

if you look at the credentials it actually doesn't contradict itself at all. the guy is in the computer science field, ergo he spends a lot of time in front of one. you've never really been around people in the CS world, have you? the majority of them are cripplingly awkward, socially dysfunctional people who wind up spending a lot of time online. there were plenty of furries in the CS department in the university i went to - i imagine there's a lot of bronies now as well. sure, they were good at what they did in school, but not much else. you can be brilliant in one area and totally inept in another. generally, they don't understand what is and isn't appropriate to mix with their social lives and their private ones. so a CS guy making a MLP resume seems very believable from my experience. whoever made this probably has no idea how bad of an idea this is because they don't know the social implications of it.

Informatics was my major in high school and we were a bunch of cool guys. Might have to add that I was one of the best and I don't really consider myself to be very good in CS, thinking about a lot of crazy guys who I know from the internet, so I'm pretty sure our level back then really cannot be compared with the kind of stuff you'd do at university. It was pretty basic.
Thinking back, there was only one guy who really exceeded and he was hired by IBM right after finishing his A levels. He was a bit more timid than the other guys, but by no means socially inept.
We are probably talking about two completely different groups of persons, however, in many cases you won't actually be able to judge people until you have gotten to know them and there simply are a lot of people out there you don't even want to be acquainted with, especially if they embody all that you despise or generally behave awkward. I think that individuals are shaped by their environment and not having many friends must be a vicious circle for many of these persons who you described. Still, I am pretty certain that anyone who manages to apply for university and has previous work experience knows that it would be a bad Idea to apply with a My Little Pony resume, no matter how socially awkward they are.

What I find kinda funny about your description of CS guys is the part about spending a lot of time online. Made me feel kinda involved... but I mean, fuck, who are we then? It's not like a major part of this community's regulars isn't almost constantly on irc. Even normal people with smart phones tend to post about their daily defecation on an hourly base... it's simply nothing special anymore.
Of course it is imaginable that the department has a lot of people with special/nerdy interests and autistic features. Anyone would acknowledge that. But I still fail to understand why that would make a person in such a field outrageously retarded. Most of these things that look too "good" to be true usually are nothing but elaborate jokes or gags for other members of the respective community. I feel bad for even wasting my time discussing it while not even having any relation to it. I have a huge dick.

idk he totally possesses all the stereotypical traits that make up the classic nerd archetype. brilliant at chemistry, total ack of social aptitude,  can't talk to girls, generally clumsy and weird, lives on his laptop etc.
he definitely falls somewhere on the autistic spectrum. i probably do too lmao

i saw a pic from when he was a lil chubby jewish boy in middleschool, and he basically looked like this: complete with fannypack + oldschool pocket protector + socks & sandals combo. lmao so fucking cliche

also i really hope that resume is real

calling everyone stupid fucks is a great way to connect with your audience

these giant text walls are making some points but missing others. I'd wager that CS students spend more time on a computer than elsewhere as it is kinda their job. This would lead to them possibly developing characteristics of those types of people and keep them connected. Really i think the nature of the job kinda imposes the computer and along with it the traits that go along with it. Also a lot of people who spend a long time on the computer growing up and being socially inept might go into cs because it is the closest thing to them..

Dat Fakku cosplay. I think she only reviewed that one because it's so popular on the site, but the vocal fanbase on Fakku is just terrible in general.
