you can just tell they had no idea what the fuck to do so they made a nonsensical plot device to drive the half-assed story which they didn't even resolve

it was bad and there's no way around it

I liked it better than the Ike episode a while back. Not super funny but its tolerable.

It wasn't bad per say but it definitely wasnt good or clever really. It was just kind of mindless entertainment. Honestly they probably could have done a similar episode without Wikileaks tacked on. It probably would have been better too. People expect some kind of conclusive opinion to be delivered about controversial topics when it shows up on South Park. It seemed lazy. It almost seems like Trey and Matt are forcing themselves to put in things that are trending in media/pop culture whatever even when they don't need to.

[spoiler]I guess this is the season where the creators keep teasing the possibility of changes regarding the March family only to undo it. While the episode was really funny, I thought the ending was pretty sad because of that kid's death. >_>[/spoiler]

it was a cartman episode so I liked it a lot and it granted some in-depth view into his psyche which was cool

yeah the ending was pretty funny with everyone watching him but it was too easy to tell who the culprit was from the beginning. but i guess that made the ending all that much better because you were just waiting to see how he was going to resolve a conflict he created for himself

I thought it was the 5th graders who did it after they gave an indication they were going to do something really bad. Also, the newest episode was pretty ridiculous, but in a good way.

wow. I am actually really happy with the 2nd half of the season. Only episode I didn't care for was the wikileaks episode and even that one wasn't THAT offensive.

I have to agree. Although I do not agree with the route they took (not changing up south park a little or a much, whatever, fuck you), i really enjoyed a lot of the episodes of this run.
