Deus Ex: Human Revolution

I tried the leaked beta or whatever, and it was good so I pre-ordered it. It's getting a lot of great reviews right now.

It's a fairly open game, with exploration and the option to choose different playstyles. You can be a sneaky pacifist, mass murderer or just talk people into doing things for you, which is cool!!

Deus Ex was a great game when it was released, and I recommend that you give Deus Ex: Human Revolution a go.

Having tried the beta myself, I can confirm that it is worth a shot for any FPS/RPG enthusiast. If it has modding capability and a good community forms around it, it could be very worthwhile indeed.

ive replayed the original deus ex god knows how many times and always had a different experience and it seems like human revolution is very much in the same vein with actual improvements. This game is looking to be the follow up (but its a prequal so what follow down?) that the 2003 sequal failed to be so ive preordered and preloaded.

i tried to play it last night but my machine cant seem to handle it LAME

i played it briefly on my desktop but it doesn't really look a lot better on maxed settings compared to fairly low on my laptop, mainly because jensen's character model is really good but most other characters look like ass

that's not to say that it's a bad or even ugly game, but it's not exactly ground-breaking visuals or anything

mostly through killing everything in my path with a few uh accidental killings too LOL but generally i tried to save people who weren't faggots and not be an asshole and at the end he was like "i did what i had to do without abusing my power" etc

idk if it would be any different if i just slaughtered absolutely everyone in my path, blackmailed people or whatever

unless I feel otherwise, it seems like this game wont go past rental phase(in my opinion)

you just pick your ending, your actions throughout the game have little bearing on the outcome
