sev i have a pretty big bunch of bands similar to sfp, the problem is all the file/folder names are japanese characters (ergo near impossible to look up and download - this also means i don't know the actual names of the bands, i just tag them as 'unknown japanese band 1/2/3 etc) i'll have to see if i can find the blog where i originally got them from. if not i'll probably upload them to mediafire

out of that collective olivia tremor control are generally considered the best. i suggest the zombies as well, but oddysey and oracle era.

im pretty sure it was sev who said cut copy so i suggest delorean they are great. also toro y moi, especially underneath the pine.

for the person who said the antlers there's arcade fire/beirut/neutral milk hotel/wolf parade/decemberists/the national/a whole lot of mediocre buzzbands that aren't as good as any of these.

if you like icp, then you'd love tech n9ne. He use to work with icp's crew and he's a ridiculously impressive rapper. Check out his albums Everready (The Religion), Killer, Sickology 101, etc. Really badass stuff.
